Chipper von Daun is a very handsome 4-5 year old German Shepherd. Whenever we’re looking for Chipper, he can usually be found out on a walk because this mild-mannered dreamboat has already established himself as a volunteer favorite. Whether it’s going on a “sniffari” or walking at a heel, this phenomenal boy is eager to accommodate your wishes. As much as he enjoys walks, he is equally fond of being brushed, and he definitely won’t say no to a nice ear massage, although the frontrunner on his list of favs seems to be treats, made evident with his twinkling eyes and the prompt sit when offered one, which he’ll take ever so gently. Chipper walks well with other dogs, and in doggy playgroups, he will greet newcomers and then mingle during playtime, all while making sure to check in with his people. As much as Chipper enjoys being the object of volunteer fandom, what he’d love most of all is a forever home of his very own! (No cats please.)
